Required: All persons who handle, control, use, dispose of or otherwise manage oil above 55 gallons.

Under Clean Water Act regulations, strict rules apply to all use and storage of oil in quantities greater than 55 gallons. Persons who handle, control, use, dispose of or otherwise manage oil above this level must attend SPPC training, to ensure that you are aware of your duties under the regulation. This training MUST be updated annually. If you would like to attend the training or if you are unsure of whether you need the training, contact EH&S.
